Clothing is accepted seasonally. We accept Spring and Summer clothing during the months of January through April. Fall and winter clothing may be dropped off during the months of July through October.

We accept clothing in sizes from Newborn through Children's size 14 and Maternity wear. We are extremely selective about the brands as well as the condition of items.

Please FRESHLY launder everything (even if it has been packed away).

Please carefully scrutinize clothing before bringing in. We will not accept clothing inside out, too worn, stained, torn or with any missing buttons. Please no broken snaps, buttons or zippers. Unacceptable items will be donated to charity.

Please DO NOT do not bring us dated clothing (clothing must be less than 3 years old).

Due to the volume of items received every day and limited space, we need to be very selective about the toys we will accept for consignment. Below we have done our best to outline what we are and are not interested in. Please try and remember that we can not possibly list everything and that final acceptance of an item is always at the discretion of The Second Child.

Some of the more desirable toys include: Little Tykes, most wooden toys, current DVDs in their original packaging, CDs in cases, books, walking toys, bikes, musical instruments, dolls (must be dressed), Brio, Legos and most infant developmental toys.

Please DO NOT bring us stuffed animals, games, cardboard or plastic puzzles, teething toys, promotional toys, blow up toys, bath toys or party favors. 

Please DO NOT, include electronic & remote controlled toys.

All toys must be clean, unbroken and without any missing pieces!
